What is the process in providing a good service? The first step involves meeting with you where you talk, we listen and ask questions. This is where we will figure out what the game plan will be based on your priorities, budget, and timeline. After thorough planning and research, our team of professionals will design and develop the project using best practices. We will then test and review the project before launching the project into production. Even after the project goes live our team will continue to provide support to ensure the best experience.
One of the critical aspects in the project is definitely the user experience. In order to provide good user experience we must first get an understanding of who our users are, we can't create an awesome design if we have no idea who they are. Next we will get an understanding of how the users will interact with the project. A key part of user experience is of course the design and appeal. We strive to create projects that looks good and are generally appealing to users. Last but not least we do thorough testing to ensure users will get the experience we expect them to get.
Next the design...We believe that every client is distinct, every project is unique. Our style is clean and follows the principles of design. Responsive Design is an art in understanding expectations at a variety of screen sizes. We have learned this technique and continue to apply it to every relevant project that we do.
To understand how we can provide you the best service for you we will meet and greet. This is where we will ask you a series of questions such as what is it that you would like to accomplish? What is your brand? and etc.. After getting an understanding of what your goals are, we will determine the best approach to create a new presence or brand, or modify your existing materials.
With you, we can develop use cases, wireframes, storyboards and mockups to represent all aspects of a finished site. This allows you to understand what the site will look like and how it will operate before code is created, reducing overall time to delivery and modification expenses.
In this phase we put pen to paper and create your style sheets, page templates, custom graphics, forms, back end applications and, if needed, implement your content management system. We then run the site through a battery of tests to ensure errors are found and corrected.
A website needs to be continuously updated to support new information, provide fresh content to users and to use new technologies to improve conversion rates. We provide monthly and ad hoc support contracts to make it easy to use us as an extension of your team.
E-commerce gives your customers the ability to buy from you without having any limitations imposed by time or distance. Think about that for a moment. A sale that you normally would not have made because the customer was unable to visit during business hours or lived too far away suddenly becomes not only possible, but likely. This shows why there has been such a rapid expansion of e-commerce over the last 10 years and why it shows no signs of slowing down. Businesses worldwide are racing to conquer the e-commerce landscape, but with virtually limitless potential for sales there is plenty of room for everybody.
If any of this sounds good to you, and it should, you should take the time to look into building an e-commerce platform for your business. It may not be as hard as you think it is, and it could have a huge positive impact on your business for years to come.
A content management system, or CMS, is a web application designed to make it easy for non-technical users to add, edit and manage a website. Not only do content management systems help website users with content editing, they also take care of a lot of "behind the scenes" work such as:
